Welcome to KIVAROQSTORE (“We”, “the Company”). By accessing or using our e-commerce services (“Services”), you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of our Services immediately.

We provide an e-commerce platform that allows Users to shop, make payments, and access related services. The products and services offered may change from time to time at the sole discretion of KIVAROQSTORE.

KIVAROQSTORE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms.

Not upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, infringing, or unethical content.

Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.


5. Payments and Fees

Users agree to pay all fees in full and on time as published at the time of purchase.

Prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or international surcharges (if applicable). Users are solely responsible for paying all related charges.

Currency exchange rates may vary; KIVAROQSTORE shall not be liable for exchange rate differences or international transaction fees.


6. Shipping and Service Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on location and chosen shipping method.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the product is handed over to the carrier.

KIVAROQSTORE shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).


7. Return and Refund Policy

Users are entitled to request returns or refunds in accordance with the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the User unless the error is attributable to KIVAROQSTORE.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, images, and data displayed on the platform are the property of KIVAROQSTORE or its licensed partners. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit such content in any form without prior written consent from KIVAROQSTORE.

9. Limitation of Liability

KIVAROQSTORE undertakes to provide Services with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

KIVAROQSTORE shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.


10. Amendments to Terms

We may modify, supplement, or update these Terms at any time. Changes shall take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory laws in the User’s country of residence require otherwise.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties
